Editorial Policy
How we create, review and maintain accurate content.
Last updated: January 15, 2025
CalcSolver publishes calculators and guides intended to be accurate, clear and genuinely useful. This page explains the standards we hold our content to.
Accuracy first
Every calculator is built from a documented mathematical formula, and we test its output against known worked examples before publishing. Each calculator page shows the formula it uses and a step-by-step solution, so our methods are transparent and you can verify them yourself.
How articles are written
Our guides are written and reviewed by the CalcSolver Editorial Team. We aim to explain concepts in plain language, support claims with worked examples, and link to the relevant calculator so readers can apply what they’ve learned immediately.
Reviews and updates
Content is reviewed periodically and updated when methods, examples or best practices change. Calculator pages and articles display a “last updated” date where relevant so you know how current the information is.
Corrections
We take errors seriously. If you spot a mistake in a calculation or an article, please report it through our contact page. We investigate every report and correct confirmed errors as quickly as possible.
Independence
Our educational content is created independently of any advertising that may appear on the site. Sponsorship or ads never determine the methods we use or the conclusions we present.
